 President Museveni commends RCC Gulu City, Jane Francis Amongin Okili and a section of local leaders from Acholi sub-region for bringing to his attention the misappropriation of PDM funds. He said PDM will not fail, and anyone trying to sabotage it will be dealt with swiftly.
